Protect Project LogoFounded in 2013 and based in Luton, United Kingdom, Protect Project is a trusted registered charity for African people to meet, discover, and advocate for child protection in their communities.

The charity was founded as a response to the Government's National Action Plan to tackle child abuse linked to faith or belief. Protect Project aims to protect African children from cultural and faith practices such as witchcraft, FGM (Female Genital Mutilation), child trafficking, domestic abuse and all other forms of child abuse.

One day, all children in this nation will enjoy a world that is free from child abuse.

Our Work

We work to achieve our vision by providing services and programs that gives help to parents and children in distress.

  1. Victim support programs including pastoral and spiritual care if needed for children and families of victims of abuse.
  2. Help for survivors.
  3. Child abuse public awareness programs such public events, conferences, seminars, Youth Forums and media campaigns.
  4. Developing and strengthening preventative work.
